Description of Work: Countertops for new kitchen remodel. This company is owned by Don's Carpet One and Kitchens in Birmingham. Weeks late in delivery. Cut the opening incorrectly for cooktop. Finally came back to correct and cut the granite in my kitchen ruining the closing hardware on the bottom cabinets and creating a dust storm all over my house. They never covered anything. What a unprofessional group. Have done business with Don's for over 25 years, but will never deal with again. A true nightmare from start to finish.. Still have splinters coming up from my new hardwood floor and everytime they say they are coming to fix it, they cancel. NEVER AGAIN

+ -1 moreThey were professional in the work. The one of the kitchen countertops was longer than a slab so there had to be a seam. Only if you are in the field and know to look for a seam would you notice it. The only problem that existed was due to communication issues the scheduling did not get on the books soon enough so there was a delay involved in the installation. There was a small slight imperfection in the surface of the kitchen countertop and they made it disappear.
Description of Work: Provided a quartz countertop for the kitchen and granite for the master bath. Also provided the 2 under mount sinks for the master bath.
