Description of Work: Scraped the pop corn off my ceilings, painted the crown moldings, painted my kitchen walls and did some drywall repairs. They did a great job. It looks like a new house now.

Description of Work: The owner came and said that his prices for painting were less expensive from last year because he now had two crews. I was excited. Unfortunately, his estimate was more than the one he gave me a year earlier even with the 250 dollar coupon I purchased from Angie's ($700 more vs. last year's estimate), and, yes , one fewer crew. I questioned him about the difference in price, and he said I haggled with him last year. Really? He didn't suggest using the coupon towards the painting service or a smaller job like painting trim or doors. I could have requested it but do not see the value in using it with Southface. So I'm left with a coupon that I'll seek a refund, and I'm spending my time writing an essay about it. I'm not saying not to use this company but based on competing estimates and even applying the 250$ coupon, Southface was 1000-1200 dollars more than competing painting companies' estimates from Angies List.

Description of Work: They came and painted exterior of house(including glazing and painting all windows), repaired any wood that was rotten/old, painted exterior rails and doors, painted three interior bathrooms plus doors. Johnny and his crew also pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, and carport. He came back over to install exterior |Light bulbs for my elderly mother. He and his crew were on time, professional, and trustworthy. I live out of town and it was such a blessing to know I did not have to worry about the work being completed or it's quality. I definitely will hire them again!
