Description of Work: We had a wall in the basement that was bulging and had some cracks so we had leaks in one corner when it rained a lot. Mr. Caudle came out to access my situation within a few days of my call and I had a quote emailed to me the next day. I asked him for another quote with some changes and the updated quote was in my mailbox that evening. We approved his second quote and the job was scheduled for about two weeks out. He was most professional and informative and the men who performed the work were very respectful seemed to work in a very efficient manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: When first assessing my problem, Mr. Caudle took time to thoroughly explain the problem to me, and to be sure I understood what he was saying. When, later, I called with another question, he initially seemed guarded, but quickly changed and answered my question fully. | |He and his crew were ALWAYS at my home when they said they would be - a refreshing change from my common experience with home service people. They were prompt and worked quickly. They had clearly done thorough prep work before arriving at my home. | |These people worked efficiently, communicating with me about each step of the process. They cleaned up thoroughly, and put everything back after finishing the job. The appearance of their work is clean and attractive (as much as foundation structures can be attractive). At this juncture, I cannot think of ANY point of dissatisfaction I had with any aspect of this entire transaction.
