 + 0 moreI called Southeastern Jewelry and told them I had a 'basket' full of costume and other jewelry items and I needed the items appraised to sell online, they said come on down - no appt necessary. I walked in, was greeted warmly and Renee came over and went through the entire basket to help me with a estimate value of the jewelry - we spent an hour or so and she didn't charge me a dime! Would absolutely use them in future for any jewelry needs I have.

 + -1 moreA positive experience overall, they were delayed 3 times in getting to my job due to emergencies; however they called each time and explained the situation. When they arrived, they had the proper equipment for the job and the entire job was completed in a very short time. They cleaned up my property and completely removed all the debris.

 + 0 moreI am still waiting for verdict on the two watches sent off to their watch repairman.
Description of Work: Took in two watches that belonged to my father-in-law to assess their functionality. They had to ship them off since even though there were jewelers in the glassed in shop behind the counter. I was told that they only work on jewelry- not watches. The bench charge is $20 per item. I hate having to spend $40 on speculation but these watches mean allot to me. They did however replace a battery for me for $5. That was fair enough. They did turn down replacing the battery on my sports Timex so I had to do it myself. Even though I'm waiting for the verdict on the 2 watches, I'm hopeful that things will work out to my favor and that I didn't just throw money away. The counter people are polite and helpful. I'll go back.

 + -1 moreThis jewelry company did a fantastic job with this old ring! I was really suprized when I picked it up! It looked superb and brand new! The jewelers were all quite nice with their sweet southern accents to go along with their friendly service. My daughter loved her ring when she got it! They also were quite expeditious in getting the job done in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: Southeastern Jewelers sized an old ring, replaced the stone, and put in a new crown, as well as cleaned the ring.

 + 0 moreI made a call to this jeweler to determine their location and if they did this kind of work. They did and their location was right down the street from my house. I dropped in about an hour after my call and within 15 minutes walked out with a repaired watch.
