I gave them several chances and I must say that I had to call customer service more times than I ever called my lawn service in the last 14 years of living in my home. All I asked was that the grass in the back would be bagged with a walking mower. The first time they did not have that type of mower and said they would come back. It took a day or two. This has happened several times since and one time it was a week before they showed up. I live in a gated community and they asked to be admitted. My son told guard to admit them. They never showed and did not cut the grass. However, my bank account was charged for the service we did not receive. By the time they came back to cut my grass it was 4 weeks and my grass was ankle deep. The next time they came was the same story. They did not have a bag mower and said they would be back the next day. I did not see them until a week had passed. Today, they did not have a walk mower with a bag. Before I could get outside they had cut my back yard with a mower and no bag. My gate hinges had come loose so I had used bungees to hold it in place. I went and check the gate after they left and they had cut 3 of them in half. I called to cancel service, but they did not answer any of their lines. I did not even get an answering system. The only thing I got was music for a long time. Beware if you plan to use this company. They are very unprofessional. They do not have enough equipment for each truck to have the equipment to manicure a lawn. The first time they said that the owner had the lawn mover with the bag. Don't put up with them for 2+ months thinking they would get better. It only got worse. I have pictures, but do not know how to download them.

I called and talked to a very nice lady who answered the phone. I discussed my frustrations with my last lawn crew and she listened intently. I insisted in meeting the crew in person at my house to discuss expectations, etc and they accommodated my request. My yard has never looked better as they do an excellent job in coming within a day or two of the agreed day every 2 weeks and clean up after themselves. I am pleased with them so far.

We are on their weekly care program. Lawn looks great. We recently relocated from a more tropical climate and they have been extremely helpful in spending time explaining the seasonal changes in Birmingham. Very professional and cooperative in getting the look I want.

I found them through a neighbor. I liked the price. It is a local person, so it is like a neighbor doing it.

He was a nice guy and worked hard. He showed up as scheduled. I could trust him to show up and get the work done. I was happy with the end results and if I needed him to come back, he would do it without any problems.
