SELF HEATING & AIR CONDITION

Everything about it was excellent. They are excellent. The price was very reasonable for what they did. I don't remember how much it was but it was definitely worth it. The equipment that they used and they made all the metal ducts. They didn't look like just a big air hose. They are really metal or aluminum. They measured everything and put in the ducts and made them fit under my house. It is amazing really. They were good. They were always here on time or before. They stayed until the job was done. They didn't get in the way. It was only two guys doing it and it was amazing what they got done. They were right there. They didn't take breaks. They went and got lunch breaks, but past that, they worked and worked. They were really good. There have been a couple of times when I've had to ask him about it and he came right out. He didn't charge me a penny.

We discovered that our upstairs a/c was not working. We contacted Self Heating and Cooling on the recommendation of a general contractor working on our house. Company responded immediately and attempted to repair the existing unit. Returned the following day to check on the repair work and confirmed the unit which was 15 years old and originally installed by Self Heating needed to be replaced. Gave us an estimate for a couple of different options and we chose to go with a new Goodwin unit. The new equipment was installed the next day without any difficulty. The team from Self Heating did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them and will use them again should the situation arise..
