They had to install the cabinets 3 times and still had to replace doors. It took them a number of times to get the trim right and they also brought the wrong cabinets out. The job took over one year for them to get it right. I would have easily changed my opinion if someone from Sears corporate would have ever called me back.

They did an excellent job. This was the second time we compared them to others locally. Both times we have opted for Sears. There prices were in the middle range here in Birmingham. They delivered earlier than promised. When they finished the installation the windows looked great and worked well. The crew cleaned up behind themselves. No complaints here and that was 6 months ago!!

Everything went exactly as planned. They were professional and the windows are great.

I was reffered to Sears Home Services through service magic (crappy), they called and scheduled an appointment for a flooring quote. The guy showed up on time, didnt show any ID and I have no idea what his name was. When I first let him in the house, he was hesistant to come in the house and said and quot;Is someone here who can make a decision.and quot; I am a woman and my husband was not home, and he didnt seem to be interested in providing a quote without him here. I told him that I can make the decision, and he said and quot;Don't you think you need to wait till your husband gets home to get the discount.and quot; Then we had some long strange conversation about how and quot;the discount expires in 24 hours, and all of these other bogus details. My impression was that the flooring guy didnt think he was going to make a sale, so he made excuses on why we should wait till later. I told the guy that we could reschedule just to get him out of the door. So the estimate was never given, the floor was never measured. Summary: Do not get references from Service Magic, DO NOT use Sears Home Improvement (at least flooring in Birmingham area)

They were extremely professional and they cleaned up everything. They did a great job I have no complaints.

I just called them and they came out. They did a really good job. The siding was roughly $13000 and the windows were roughly $10000. They were very professional. They were here when they said they would be. They were very polite and very professional. They did a good job. I would use their services again in the future.
