I had an appointment scheduled from 8-12pm today. I called at 12:18 pm to inform them that no one has come by yet. The man that I spoke to told me that the repair man came and waited for ‘15 minutes before leaving a note on my door’. I told him I have not left the house once today, I have been in my living room with my sick toddler. I have a 24 hour Nest video survalliance of my entire street and I can assure you he never even came to my street. He told me I rescheduled your appointment for next week I am sorry we missed you. I said you did not miss me, he is lying to you because I also had a flooring repairman at my house for an hour and a half this morning while my front door was open the entire time and your repairman made no attempt let alone left an alleged note. Instead of trying to resolve the issue he implied I was the liar and not his employee. I would be glad to e mail the video survalliance from 8-12pm!

I absolutely cannot recommend this company and I cannot stress this enough. There are many other companies out there who are far better. I did not choose this company, but rather, my warranty company assigned them to fix my refrigerator. The employees that have come out to the house have been nice enough, but my refrigerator has been broken for a month now. Appointments have been canceled and rescheduled without even contacting me. Parts have been "lost." When I called customer service, the first person I interacted with was a helpful woman, but the last gentleman who answered could not have been ruder. They have absolutely no remorse that I have been without a refrigerator for a month. In fact, when I asked them what they were going to do to compensate for all of my wasted time and money they said "everybody wants to be compensated." That probably tells you right there that this is their standard level of service if all customers are asking for compensation. When I told them that my normal repair guy would have done everything he could to have it fixed in a day and would have been apologetic if it even took two, the man on the phone said "well, they aren't as busy as we are." What a joke. Don't ever use these people. Spend your money somewhere where it will be appreciated.
