Everything went Great! Jeff did everything exactly as he said he would!!! They started the project and finished within 4 days just like we talked about. Totally would use Jeff again and would recommend Rodgers flooring ! I love my new hardwoods

Did a very good job. I had a few specific requests which they were able to accommodate. 42Overall I was very pleased.

I was very pleased with the new look of our floor once the job was completed. However, cleanup was not up to expectations as the crew left quite a few marks on our newly painted walls and baseboards. Once I brought this to the owner's attention, he did come back quickly and cleaned up most of those marks and he made a small adjustment on the final price of the job. He also offered many tips on keeping our floor looking as good as it does now for many years to come.

The old adage of you get what you pay for is so true!! After being ripped off in so many ways by the last installer, I was very cautious. Jeff was completely professional. Came when he said he would, did what he said he would and turned a disaster into gorgeous flooring. He stabilized the floor, sanded, refinished, put down different molding and completed work left undone by the other guy. Am hiring him to do another job!

Refinished hardwood floors in a home, he did an outstanding job. The floors were old, dingy and grey, and after he was done they were GLEAMING. I sold that home in a week after the floors were done! Jeff is outstanding! I would definitely call him again for any flooring needs i may have in the future!

I used Rodgers Flooring in the past and was very satisfied, so I did not hesitate to call when I needed someone to repair my floor. I called and Jeff came to see the damage that day. The next day his men were back and fixed my floor. It blended perfectly. You can't even tell where the old floor meets the new floor. It's beautiful !! I would definitely recommend Rodgers Flooring.

The hardwoods are originall to the house, and had 100 years of wear and tear on them. When Rogers flooring were through, they looked better than brand new!!!! A beautiful addition to an amazing historical home!!!! EVERY person who has come tbrough our front door has commented favorably on how beautiful our floors are. (Thank you Rogers floorig!!!)

Service was great. Alex and his crew did a great job. Showed up promptly in the morning. New stain looks great. They even made a nice sized scratch in the floor hardly noticeable.

Alex's team did a fantastic job, communicated well, was responsive and basically did what they promised. We definitely feel that the beautifully, refinished floors helped sell our house and would not hesitate to engage their services in the future. They may not always be the cheapest flooring provider/service, but they do a fantastic job.

Used Jeff in the past and his work and responsiveness were fantastic. Recently (November 2015) called for an estimate to put in floor for our new condo. Jeff came and looked at the job but never responded with an estimate I called recently to follow up on the estimate promised in Nov. 2012, but never never sent. We were ready to do the project after Christmas so I again contacted Jeff who said he had been very busy and promised to send info via email on flooring choices he did not follow up and I never heard back from him. I went with a different contractor reluctantly. Its a shame that the customer service is so poor, when the owner seems to be a great guy and his work is excellent IF YOU CAN GET IN TOUCH with him.

Jeff and his team were courteous and professional and very punctual about responding to questions. the work was done on schedule, and they came back promptly to fix some small issues that came up afterwards about proper replacement of furniture. One small item broke, and they deducted that price from their total bill without any fuss at all. Recommend highly!

I called Jeff for a quote to install laminate wood flooring I provided. He had a good price and his reviews were good on angie's list. I needed it quickly and he said he could deliver it quickly, so I went with his bid. His crew came in on a Sunday and they were finished by the following monday afternoon. They ripped all the old carpet, swept, hammered down loose boards, underlayment and then installed the floors and they provided the moulding and transitions. They worked quickly and did a fanstastic job. They cleaned up and hauled away all the old carpet and debris. They stained the moulding and transitions and it matched perfectly to the laminate flooring. Very professional, very pleased with the final result. Would definitely call again for my wood floor needs.

Jeff Rodgers was very prompt about responding to come out & take a look at our hardwoods of an old 1925 craftsman house we are restoring. We told him some of the stain colors we were considering & he sanded the floor & taped off 4 different spots so we could decide on stain color. He wrote up a quote sheet giving us price comparisons on either 1) simply patching areas & then putting on a new top coat or 2) completely refinishing the house by patching any holes, sanding down the wood, staining wood, and providing 4 coats of satin finish. We went with option 2. Jeff met me at the house a week or so before he needed to start & we went over the details of what we needed to be done. He was great at explaining what they would be doing & giving suggestions on areas of the house. Jeff's team worked for 3 days on our floors. They even removed the original toe floorboards along the baseboards & sanded all of them down, then stained & put them back. Everything looks great. Jeff was very professional and did exactly what he said his company would. We highly recommend his work.

Jeff's crew showed up on time and went right to work. They moved all the furniture and sanded the floors on day 1. Day 2 was stain and 1st coat of top coat, and the last day they finished the top coats and by Thursday--they had the furniture moved back (perfectly-I might add) and they were done! Very great work, the dust was contained, and we are so happy with the outcome!

Fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this. They were professional, clean, reasonably priced and trustworthy. And most importantly, they did a great job. We wanted a hard wood floor installed in our living room. 3 other installers said they couldn't do it because our floor was warped. Rodgers came in, looked at it carefully, explained everything they would have to do and provided a reasonable quote. Several days later, the installer showed up and did a great job. We are very happy with the work Rodgers Flooring did and will use them again. Great service, polite, great finished product.

I took 5 quotes from 5 different companies and 4 of them were from other companies and 1 from Angies List and I chose the Angies List one. I already talked to them and scheduled them to come at the end of March to do our floors. Their prices ranged from $4800 to $ 8500. Rodgers Flooring came in at $5615 and he was about in the middle. The lowest one contract his people and I don’t want contracted people. So even at 4800 I wasn’t interested in him. Everyone that I spoke to was all very good. I did not care that they were a few $100 more. First of all, all of them were very professional but Roger impressed me probably more than anybody else. He was extremely diligent going around and checking things out. The difference was the re-finishing. He knew his stuff and he talked about things that I wanted to know about the stain finish, like the polyurethane finish, difference between water dipped in oil and one of them had an acetone based one too. I was impressed with him since he knew what he was doing. I thought his quote was very fair and he got back with the quote within a day.
