Robbins replaced the capacitor on one of my ac units. He came out on Sunday as promised and on time. Replaced the faulty capacitor and got the ac unit up and cooling.

I bid the job out to several A/C contractors after finding out that the Rudd system needed over $1500.00 of repairs. I was also told by all A/C contractors that repairing the system would not gurantee that the system would work due to other mechanical factors. I was told by several people that Robbins had done a great job and was reasonable on price. I call Robbins from the house and the crew showed up in about 15 minutes. They acessed the problems and quoted the Carrier system on the spot. They showed up when they said they would, installed the system and reviewed with me the systems operation and gave me the Homeowners Guide with the model and serial numbers. They told me how to go on-line to register the system. I was amazed with the knowledge and speed that the old unit was removed and the new one put in. They were also one of the niceset service crews I have ever used. If you need a new A/C system of any type use Robbins Complete Services located out of Trussville, AL. You will be glad you did. We obtained three estimates, and after reviewing each of them decided to go with Robbins Complete Service. We had a few questions about the Carrier heat pump and its energy efficiency specifications. Jacob answered all our questions, and was very courteous and helpful - even though we called him numerous times before making a final decision. After we approved the estimate and made an appointment for the installation, the crew arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. The crew was prompt, courteous, and professional.
