RELI TITLE LLC

My parents closed with them about a month ago and I have to say in all my years, I have NEVER seen a closing go so WRONG! Stephanie was the most unprofessional person to deal with. They closed 2 weeks late from the original time scheduled... about 90% due to Stephanie herself. She turned into our mortgage company a lien on the title, she didn't communicate at all with our mortgage company to try to get it worked out. Took over a week to get it worked out with the lien holder, ONLY because we knew someone there that expedited it for us. She went on vacation for a week (during the middle of it) and nothing was being done on the closing docs during this. Even their home warranty didn’t get filed for almost a month after. My elderly parents were at wits end… taking turns at their kids house, all while their possessions were sitting in a U-Haul truck in my drive for 2 weeks at $60/day! When the closing date finally came, she arrived at her office 10 minutes late, walked passed both parties and didn’t introduce herself, or even say sorry for being late… just the rudest person ever. HOW she became a manager, let alone kept as an employee is beyond me. I’ve managed people in the past, and she would have been gone with her attitude and work ethics. I have worked with the Pelham branch in the past with NO issues at all, but after emailing the “managing member” of Reli Corp - Kent Stewart, he basically brushed it off and covered the Gardendale office and Stephanie part as doing their job. The lack of sympathy or even an apology let alone offering any type of discount from their services is unfounded and in this service world, totally ridiculous. I would NOT recommend or every use Reli in the future - the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with.

We had a very short deadline for closing(12 days) and Mr. Morris was able to accommodate us. All of the paperwork was done, there were no surprises. A very smooth real estate transaction.
