Francis is wonderful. She goes far beyond the call of duty in service to her clients. Even after closing on our new home, she continues to help me, with visits to the house on a regular basis until I move to Birmingham and advice on maintenance and repairs that need to be done. I have no reservations about recommending Francis as a top-class realtor. She is wonderful.
