Description of Work: Ray's cleaned my mother's carpet and did an excellent job, I gave them a tip b/c they got it so clean. They were professional, on time, and seemed trustworthy. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreAfter painting, I found my bedroom had some looseness in the carpet that needed stretching out before I returned my furniture to the room. I phoned Ray's mobile number and Ray himself returned my call in two hours. After explaining my need, Ray contacted one of his employees (Carlos) who arrived within an hour to do the work. It took him 30-40 minutes to stretch and trim the carpet. It was already clean, being a room that isn't used much, so stretching made the carpet look new again. I paid the prearranged minimum charge of $60. This company impressed me with their responsiveness and eagerness to do quality work. They had good equipment, a good vehicle, GPS, good phone communication -- everything needed to serve the customer. I will call them when I need carpets cleaned, based on this pleasant experience. i was treated like a valued customer for a little $60 job. Description of Work: Ray's Carpet Cleaner advertises on craigslist.org and facebook.com (lots of before and after photos) that they do cleaning, installation, repair, stretching, mold remediation, repair of water and fire damage and other tasks. This was the only provider I could find who mentioned carpet stretching, which was what I needed.
