I called this company having never used them before, but after seeing their great price listed in the Val-Pak coupons. $89 for a whole-house cleaning with no hidden fees, etc. I just had to try them out. After all, my stains weren't terrible, so what did I have to lose? I immediately was skeptical of what I service I would get upon booking the appointment. I was told they only book "shifts" i.e. you get the morning or the afternoon shift. They only had afternoon available during the dates I needed. I was told to have my phone nearby and I would be called sometime between 12 PM and 5 PM when a cleaner was 30 minutes from my appointment. I was also told that they do not offer scotch-guard and they do not move any furniture whatsoever. They clean whatever carpet they can get to such as foot-traffic. I moved all the furniture myself in the morning and even vaccumed myself...at 3:00 PM Corey the cleaner finally called me. Yay! Nope, he told me there were still 6 houses ahead of me and he would see me around 9:30 PM...is that okay? NO, THAT IS NOT OKAY, COREY! I responded that is not an appropriate time to have my carpets professionally cleaned; nevermind the fact that I have young children and a husband who gets up early to go to work, etc. Corey told me he would call his boss and call me right back. About 10 minutes later he calls again to tell me his boss has informed him they have a broken down truck, so they are only operating 2 of 3 cleaning crews. They can "fit me in" sometime next week. He offered no solution to the fact I will have to replace and remove my furniture again. I cancelled the appointment altogether. I would love to see what kind of clean $89 whole-house gets you, but I am not staying up all night for this.
