+ -1 moreTheir service representative went to our property promptly. They wanted to replace, rather than fix all problems. Tried to even upsale new washing machine hoses (he wanted $275 for a washing machine hose). The kicker was that they wanted full payment up front before the work was even started. Would not recommend.
Description of Work: Quoted price and demanded payment up front. We spoke with the owner and I pointed out that they are on Angie's list and the expectation is that work is performed before payment is made. He said he didn't know anything about and <swear word> about being on Angie's list and he had never signed up for it.
