+ -1 moreJamie did a nice job of trying to get information on the topsoil that we needed for organic gardening. He forgot to call on this, but when reminded, he did retrieve the requested info. He took our credit card info over the phone prior to topsoil delivery, but there was no mention of possibly having to pay extra if the truck got stuck on our property. The driver said he couldn't guarantee that his truck would not get stuck and if he got stuck on our property, then we would have to pay extra to get his truck out. He would not deliver the topsoil where we needed it, but instead dumped it into our yard in another location saying that he was afraid his tires would get punctured or stuck in the side of the garden. Very disappointing. We don't know about the soil quality yet.
Description of Work: Perrin & Son answered questions about topsoil and delivered 8 yards of screened topsoil.
