 + -1 moreThey were very slow returning calls, finally got an appointment set up for TV installation, they never showed up, never called and would not return my calls. I have called their telephone number numerous times, it has never been answered by a person, only a machine. They promise a prompt return call but that has never happened. Terrible service!
Description of Work: They agreed to install a large screen tv and set up an appointment to do so, with a promised one hour call ahead.

 + -1 moreIt took a couple of emails and 2 voice messages, but finally the right person was contacted and then it was boom, boom, boom, scheduled and finished the same day. The assembly guy was nice, clean, professional and even showed me some things about the rower. I WILL be using them again. I've already made a temporary time frame appt with Charles to assemble an outdoor play yard and swingset that is due to arrive the 1st week of October. Good company!!

Description of Work: When they came to install, they felt the swing parts were not good and stated the swing company was not credible as they had constant recall issues. He did not assemble the swing. I researched the swing company and found only one recall issue that had been taken care of two years ago. I had someone else come out and assemble the swing. All parts fit perfectly and the swing is sturdy. I feel PDQ just did not want to put the swing together on a hot day outside.

Description of Work: I contacted PDQ by their email link to inquire about assembly of a backyard playset. Several days passed before I received a response, but the response answered my questions regarding price, scheduling their service and time required for assembly of the particular playset I had ordered. Based on my expected delivery date of the playset, we scheduled a time for them to come. A two-man crew arrived on time on the appointed day and promptly began assembly. They worked nonstop, except for a brief lunch, until sundown. They arrived early the next morning to complete the job, and assembly was completed by noon. They were courteous and professional, and did an excellent job assembling the playset. They also cleaned up all packing materials and left them neatly stacked so we could discard on garbage day. We would definitely call them again for assembly of any kind.

 + -1 moreI hate not receiving a response, and this particular owner must not need the work. Don't bother, pass this guy by.
Description of Work: I have a motorized recliner that needed a motor replaced. I obtained the motor and tried to find someone to install the motor. My daughter and I tag-teamed this guy, trying to get a return telephone call. He was never in the office; no responses to email. I normally would not have been so persistent, but trying to find someone to replace an electrical motor in a recliner is nearly impossible (hint: don't buy one!!! I never will again!!).

 + 0 moreI had a trampoline delivered on a Tuesday. I called PDQ Assembly that day. They were able to arrange set up for me on Thursday. They showed up on time. They did exactly what was needed for exactly what they quoted me. They did a great job. They assembled the trampoline and the enclosure net. The last time we tried this ourselves, it took 4-5 hours. They were done in less than 2. I recommend their services. They assemble lots of different things.

 + -1 moreWe purchased nursery furniture from a baby store and wanted the furniture delivered and set-up. Since the store did not deliver, we called a few delivery services and got an estimate. We wanted the set delivered in 2 days and PDQ was able to accommodate us. They picked up the furniture from the baby store in the boxes and delivered them. They assembled the bed as well as changing table. They put the boxes at the curb. The only thing I was displeased about is that they did not remove the boxes and packaging from our property after assembly. However, the bedroom is well put together. They were nice, courteous, and efficient.
