The person arrived on time and everything went just fine. I was very appreciative of the advice the owner gave me. He actually saved me a lot of money! I would definitely use him again.

They came out for the work and it turned out great! They told me that I needed additional treatments and one time was not going to take care of the issue. I had them come out one more time and that took care of the issue. They were professional, on time, got rid of the problem, and did a good job.

It was easy to get a hold of them and schedule the initial appointments. They came out for four treatments. There were two of the times that they came out when they were unscheduled and they could only spray the exterior of the home. That my only complaint with their service. Everything else has gone just fine.

I purchased a discount deal from Angie's List on November 15, 2013, and was told the provider would contact me within 2 business days to schedule service. I never heard a word from them until after I requested a refund.

I think the service was fine. We didn't have any issues with the people who came out. I guess the only thing we weren't really happy with is the effectiveness of what they did. It seems like they didn't have a whole lot of impact on the problem we were trying to get but I'm not totally sure if that's their fault or it's just the difficulty of the problem we have. It was pleasant enough. I don't think we had any issues. It was fine. I think it's hard to judge how effective the service was just on one spray.

Provider arrived on time to spray inside and outside our house for pests. Although he was a nice man, he seemed in a hurry an I did not feel as though my questions were answered.

I first used this company in June of 2013 after purchasing a Big Deal. Scheduling an appointment went fine and the technician arrived on time, performed the service, and presented a professional appearance and interaction. I was told that I could request a re-treat at no cost if I saw any pests. I saw a couple of bugs later but did not request a re-treat. Re-used the company on 9/3/2013 and had same overall good experience. I did leave a voicemail requesting a re-treat on 9/19/2013 after seeing more pests than what I felt was warranted so close after an initial treatment. As of 9/30/2013 I have but have not been contacted and since have contracted another provider to do the service.

A $60 coupon (valued $125) was purchased from Angie's List. I asked them to treat and remove several wasp nests beneath the gutter of my house. First time a technitian came without treatment because he did bring a ladder. After two calls, they came again about 10 days later with ladders. But when I got home, I see at least 4 wasp nests with life wasps remain there. I was told over the phone that the wasp nest removal would cost additional $75/hour. I understand that it's a tough job to remove wasp nests on high locations, but they should make it clear that this type of jobsare excluded from the $ 60 coupon offer, so that I could hire somebody eles in the first place.

That went okay. That was fine. Everything worked well. There were additional charges. I had them do some additional work. It was an additional $160. That was the first time I've used them. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were very professional. They diagnosed the problem I've had. I have a major concern over the issue. They fixed the problem. I paid a fraction of what I thought would end up costing me. The young man who was responsible for himself had another job. He had to postpone a couple of times.

They did pest control and said that it was good for 3 months. After maybe a few weeks, I found the problem still so I called Pest Control Experts again and he came and I'm still facing the same problem. It didn't help. After 2 or 3 days, I still have some bugs and some small things at my house. He was a nice man and answered my call.

We were not seeing many bugs before the spraying and through with the spraying we would not see and, was I wrong. The spray seem to bring more than we had seen before, will never used that company again. I see less bugs when I bomb and spray my self, my wife said it was just water he put down, because it is not killing any thing just bringing more.

Being new to Birmingham, I needed a pest control company and had no one in mind. I tried PCE(Pest Control Experts) based of a deal on Angie's List and the ratings. PCE called to confirm the appointment and showed up earlier than expected initially. The initial appointment was for treating a new home for insects and pest. They paid careful attention to areas of concern and thoroughly treated the entire home and landscape. The home had a few millipedes which I did not think would be a major problem. Well, I underestimated the issue. I did not know that we have three things that make our new home ideal for these little critters... lack of pest treatments, a basement and rain. After PCE came out and treated the home, we went a few days bug free, but the millipedes returned with a vengeance. There were hundreds dead around the foundation of the home, garage, and in the basement; however, they continued to enter into the basement. Well, I called the owner and he personally came out the next day and and added traps near entrances of the garage and treated things that was not typically a part of the service we signed up for. Well, I underestimated the power of the traps, because we found out that we had scorpions, lizards, etc... coming in the garage. Anyway, we are on our third treatment prior to moving into the home, and I don't feel like I am in this battle alone. The owner has consistently called to check up every few days to see what the status of the critters are. He seems as if he will do whatever it takes to get rid of the critters. Typically I would have moved on to another pest control company, but I am confident in the owner's commitment to resolving this issue. In addition to pest control, PCE also offers landscaping service that worked perfect for us especially being new to Birmingham They offer a complete landscaping service that also included weed control, edging and trimming of hedges. Being new, he also gave us recommendations for other services we need. If you are looking for individual attention and personalized service, then look to PCE, because they are a one-stop shop. I will update this should I have any issues going forward with the millipedes, but currently I am satisfied with their efforts.

They have been easy to get along with. They were here on time, and did a good job.

I bought a coupon off of here and this was their second time out. They are a solid company. These guys have a good thig going and I will use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out all right. They were prompt. The man was very polite and seemed to want to do a good job. The price was satisfactory. I had some bugs afterwards but we had a very mild winter with lots of rain. My house is on a concrete slab and you can't get under it. It wasn't ideal but I can't fault them because of the weather situation.

IWe've had a really bad ant problem in my yard for the last couple of years, so when I saw the Angie's List big deal for a years worth of exterminator services for $120 I jumped on it. After purchasing the deal I contacted PCE and scheduled them to come out and make the first treatment. When I called, Brian was easy to work with and followed up before arriving for the appointment, just like he said he would. He was through, neat, and courteous while he was on site and he left a detailed break down of the services provided. So far I'm very happy with the results, though we still have ants, I'm very confident that the number has been reduced greatly.

I bought a coupon and set up an appointment for him to come out. The coupon is for several treatments over a course of several months. He came out hen he said he would. Is very knowledgeable and called when he was on his way and was punctual. I will update regarding as each treatment is performed. As of now I would definitely use them again.

Overall everything went very well. First, there was a mix up in the scheduled time for the service. However, to make up for the scheduling mix up, I was given a free pest control treatment. During the pest control treatment, I mentioned to him about some termite acitivity I noticed recently. After completing the inside and outside pest control treatment, he inspected the area I was concerned about and offered to treat the area. I asked if he was licensed to treat termite and he stated he was but they actually don't do termite treatments or offer termite bonds. I agreed to the treatment without the bond. After settling on a price, we scheduled a date for Tuesday, 26 March 2013, between 10-11 am. He showed up on Tuesday as scheduled and showed me the product we discussed and proceeded to perform the treatment. He did one treatment inside the basement garage , drilling and filling in the chemical, then plugging it. He also treated the entire area outside the house. Drilled areas in concrete where needed and dug trench for input of chemical. Before the treatment date, I researched and quot;termite treatmentand quot; on the internet and after reviewing several videos and articles on the subject I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. I was not there the entire time, but I inspected the area the next day. I believe the work was completed as agreed so the payment was made the following day.

The pest control company is awesome and it's a little, local business. They are professional, do a wonderful job, do a followup to see if we have any bugs, they are very polite, we live on the lake, have all kinds of things out here, they are very affordable, and they always call ahead to see if our schedule meets with theirs.

Arrived bright early and on time to do attic insulation. Worked cleanly as in booties for feet and then cleaned up any mess. with pest control service very through with inspection and also uses eco friendly supplies.

WENT ABSOLUTELY GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL,AM GOING TO USE THEM ALSO FOR PEST CONTROL.
