Scheduling was a hassle, and the first painter to come out did a TERRIBLE job. He showed up late with a cigarette in his mouth (and proceeded to leave at least three butts on my property by the end), spent the first hour cleaning his equipment from the previous job (which he poured into my bathtub I later discovered), then spent about three hours "painting." It looked like a third grader did it. I contacted the company via an email link off their website, but was told they never got it. I finally called a few days later and was told I would not receive a full refund, so I opted to have one more painter come out. He did a much better job, but got paint in my carpet (good thing I was already going to trash it) and on my freshly painted ceiling that was done a few days earlier by another company as part of an insurance claim. He was kind enough to try to cover it, but the white was a completely different color and is very obvious. So I had to go spend $30 more on a gallon of ceiling paint so I can just fix it myself. Definitely do not recommend.
