Pacific Shore Stones

We felt really great about using this company. They were professional in their showroom and had a great selection. They even worked with us to help us navigate using a slab that was an extra that someone had ordered four slabs of but ended up not needing all of them. I went in several times to see the product and take pictures. But when they delivered the slab to our contractor, we soon realized that it was not the piece we saw multiple times at the site. The pictures I had clearly showed that the slab I saw and loved at their location was not the one they delivered. When we decided it would not work and to return it, Pacific Shore, after promising via the phone that they would "make this right," charged us a $100 restocking fee. The charges were through the contractor, so in order for us to get our money back, Pacific Shore had to refund the money to the contractor. That never happened. We were disappointed that instead of making it right, we paid $100 and wasted a lot of time. They did not have another slab like the one we first saw, and they never offered anything to make this situation right. Customers should not have to pay for their mistakes. We ended up using Premiere Surfaces and had a good experience with them.

The service at Pacific shore was great! we had a hard time deciding with granite to choose, but they allowed us to go as many time as we needed to the see the granite and bring tile samples to mach.

Excellent! Could not ask for any better.
