Very professional and quickly done. David Chew and his gang were able to meet all the deadlines they promised, and the deck looks great.

Began design, approval, and permit process. Went a little slower than expected due to the company's size which means that many of the principle players must also be present at other construction sites. However, the design was well done, to spec, reflected what we wanted, and resulted in an estimate and budget that we would have come in slightly under had we not added a few things during the project itself. The other delay was outside of the company's control and regarded the approval process associated with historic homes and neighborhoods. Oxford Construction possessed signficant experience in dealing with such procedures and our project met all criteria the first time we had a chance to have it presented. Demoltion went very well - though some damage was done to the neighbor's lawn in getting the demolition material into the backyard. Without being asked or pressured, the contractor immediately ate the cost of grading and resodding which met our neighbor's satisfaction. Rest of demolition went well, as did framing, roughing in electrics, etc. The only delays experienced were a result of either weather, or waiting for various city inspections. Project was completed on time, and was only over budget because we added a few touches during the actual project. Very happy with the end result, the professionalism, and the ease of working with this company.
