Good job. Fixed some electrical problems we didn't know about and to make them in code.

It went fine. The two workers were on time, very friendly, and very professional. They completed the work in a timely fashion. They also replaced several outdoor outlets that were corroding from exposure to the elements, and one indoor outlet. I was very satisfied with the work and will hire again should the need arise.

Tech was knowledgable and friendly.

They told me that my unit was no good and that I needed to replace it with a new one for 4,500 dollars. Got a second opinion and found out that a wire was loose in the disconect box. They called back and asked if I was going to Replace it and I told them that they were thieves. And that their was only a wire loose, then they said that they miss diagnosed the problem. Yeah right!

The guys are professional and courteous. I was in a tight and had to have the work done and agreed to the price even though it was at least double what the cost should have been.

Wonderful experience. The company provided me with picture confirmation of the technician that would do the work and called ahead of time. Jarett and one additional colleague arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They explained ahead of time the pricing structure and listened to all of my concerns. They worked diligently and quickly to assess and fix the electrical problem. They also took the time to explain the repairs they made and cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical repair work. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Prompt, courteous service; the electrician and his apprentice both arrived promptly, following a call from the office, sealed up their shoes and got right to work. The job was done to satisfaction in about two hours, with no surprise charges. The tech added on a spot repair of a light switch, and the price was still pretty much within the range I figured it would be. Both men were completely professional and courteous; no extra charge for the return visit with the part needed, and prompt, thorough work. Would recommend again; thanks much!

They were on time, the price was too high for the work. I did all of the preparation work before the service. He was very knowledgeable, I will use them again because they are very professional. However I am not happy with the price I paid.

I bought an older house that was not equipped with bathroom vent fans. I contacted several different service providers in the area for quotes, and On Time, by far, gave me the best quote of just under $1700 (hardware not included - I had a model I wanted to use). The service tech showed up for the estimate punctually, and took a real concern with what I was asking for. He let me know what I'd find, what the difficulties were, etc. Oh, and he wore the disposable slippers which are always appreciated. He showed up on time the day of service, and when he was done he'd actually figured out an issue we had talked about before hand. Very professional, very dedicated to the job. I've found my electrician for the future.

They were very good. They did a very good job. The fan works fine now. The price was reasonable and fair ant wasn?t outrageous but I don?t remember the exact amount. I will use them again and I will recommend them to anybody.

This company is always punctual, and the rates are reasonable. The technicians are pleasant and professional. They are marvelous, and everything you would look for in a company. I do not have a single complaint in the four years I have been using them, and they always come through for me.

Arrived exactly on time Both electricians were professional, clean and professionally dressed, pleasant and articulate. Initial evaluation was done quickly and I was provided with a "diagnosis" and anticipated repair requirements . I was given a careful explanation of company charge structure..(Essentially an" a la Carte menu") , with specific repairs and cost. All repairs made promptly and efficiently. The cost was clearly higher than I had expected. However this was due to the charging process. Each repair is separately charged with full cost of service , the same as if the visit was just for that service...For instance.. the charge to replace a circuit breaker was $100 + dollars, There is no discount on 2,3,4th items selected to be done in addiction to initial problem. This was my choice however, and I was aware of the charge structure, it was just so convenient to get things done while electrician was there, saving me the hassle and multiple visits to Home Depot for supplies. I would definitely use them again for specific significant problems. I would not add on items of convenience as they significantly escalate the charge.

I went well, Jarret was very polite, professional,punctual and he took time to inform me about things that I needed to do in the future, the home is vacant so it is hard to assess how well things are working. I would definitely have them do work for me in the future.

They were on time. They were qualified. They did a good job. I would use them again for electrical needs.

I probably overpaid by $500. While they were there, they quoted replacing the service entrance cable. The quote was $3,500. I got another estimate for $1,400 for Dr. Electric. These guys are shysters. If you are considering using them, get other estimates. These people will be the highest.

He was professional. I did not have that much experience with them. It was a quick job because my husband did most of it. They were outrageously priced. The fan is something like 4 inches x 6 inches. The guy was very nice and he was on time. The price was horrendous. He said they charge more so they can have professional employees. With regards to the quality, so far so good. There was a equipment fixture guarantee and a service guarantee. My husband called and they got here pretty quickly.

Chad King was amazing. On the day the service was scheduled, we received a call confirming chad was on his way and would be at the house within 30-45 minutes. Chad arrived right on time. He was polite and helpful. We also asked questions on some under the counter lighting in the kitchen and Chad took the time to discuss all the options and even made some recommendations. We were so happy with the service, I called the company to brag on the excellent service Chad had provided to us. If you have ANY electrical needs, I highly recommend Ontime Electric. Their service is truly exceptional.

Went very well. We got hosed at the last minute by another electrician who had done work for us in the past. After having the work scheduled for two months in advance, we got a call at 3:45 on the Friday before the work was to commence on Monday. The electrician hadn't pulled a permit nor had he arranged for the power drop. Apparently he expected me to do both even though the quote clearly states that they would do it. I think they just completely forgot about our job and then refused to apologize, take responsibility, or remediate. Anyway, S H Lowerys Electric got fired from the job. OnTime stepped up to the plate and worked to our schedule to get the work done quickly and as contracted. They pulled the permit and confirmed the scheduling of the power drop. Jeff and Bobby were exactly on time. They worked like crazy. They kept us informed throughout. They cleaned up nicely. There was no foul language, spitting, or other ungentlemanly behavior. They were respectful of us and our property. We ran into a problem with the city of Birmingham inspector. He couldn't find anything wrong with the work so the fool dreamed up some imaginary problem with the transformer at the pole -- which had absolutely NOTHING to do with the work that was done in the house. We ended up spending a night in the dark. Thankfully our neighbors allowed us to run an extension cord to keep the refrigerator running. It was actually kinda fun. OnTime coordinated the Alabama Power engineer and a reinspection the following day with an inspector who actually knew what he was doing. Even though the night of darkness had nothing to do with OnTime or their work, they knocked $200 off of our bill for the inconvenience. We probably should have paid them extra for having to deal with the first dolt...I mean, inspector. We got three quotes. OnTime was the highest of the three -- and there was a large margin between the lowest and highest. However, they were the most professional, the best communicators, and the smartest. Plus, they made themselves available on short notice and in the narrow time frame that we got jammed into. We have some follow-on work at the house and at a couple of commercial buildings. We will give them an opportunity to quote. We would not expect them to be the lowest but they would probably end up being the best value in terms of quality, reliability, and professionalism which would give them the edge over lower bidders.

OnTime was very prompt, arriving almost exactly at the time that was initially scheduled. The technician was very professional, and answered all the questions I had. The work that was done was relatively simple, so I do believe it was overpriced. However, it's an older home so I wanted to be sure everything was done properly and used. I would most likely use them again.
