 + -1 moreLevi picked up all of our computer equipment one evening, completed the work at his shop, and returned it all the next day in good working order. Levi was very professional, on time, and explained what he was doing in laymen terms. There were a couple of default settings that were changed during the hard-drive clean-up process and afterwards they did not meet my preferences. Levi came back and reset them at no charge.
Description of Work: Levi removed a corrupted hard-drive and replaced it with a new one. He backed up all items on the computer and reinstalled all of my programs. As a blind person I had special software that he had not seen before, but he learned it quickly and was able to get it all up and going. In addition, he connected our laptop to our wireless printer so we can now print remotely. As a result of cleaning up the computer, deleting temporary files, and performing a malware and virus check my computer is running considerably faster now.
