Barry did a variety of work to spruce up some areas of the house that needed dressing up. He also repaired some windows, rotten wood and re-did some door seal insulation. He repaired some sheetrock damaged by water and by our teenage boys. I have been so pleased with him, I have had him back for several other projects and have referred him to many firends. I trust him at my house alone with my wife. He is absolutely trustworthy. He also is very reasonably priced.

After they finished removing and siding over the vents, you could not tell that the work they did was any different from the other siding, either in the boards used or the paint job. It was a perfect match and now I do not have to worry about water coming in the house through the vents. Barry Shelton was my contact and was at the job site at all times and did the work along with his helpers. I really like this about a contractor. When i looked up in the attic it was very professional and I will not have to worry about this ever again causing problems. He was very meticulous about the painting and used a primer and two coats of paint. He also did a great job with the cement pad and the insulation under the house. As stated above, he is currently re-sheet rocking and painting the damaged ceilings. I understand that they re-do bathrooms and other types of home restorations and painting. I would highly recommend them. His prices have been in line with my other bids and I just feel that I got a great job. He offers me a price per hour or a fixed price, and then he tells me what he recommends. I usually go with the fixed price so that I know exactly what it will cost me. Materials are usually separate although he gives me an estimate. I actually like this as I believe in getting the absolute best paint, etc. One thing I really like about Barry is that he kept me informed of when he would be able to start the project, where he was in the project, when he was bringing over materials etc. If he was ever running late in the mornings, he called me and let me know and told me when he would be here. Once he started the job he stayed with it and finished. I really appreciated this as I have worked with other contractors who you never knew when they were going to show up, if at all.
