 + -1 moreWe could not be happier with that choice. Roger was punctual and conscientious, and Roger represented our interests when dealing with his subs. When things weren't the way he wanted them, or the way we wanted them, he had the work redone to meet with our satisfaction. Roger kept his schedules and met his milestones. Roger's invoicing was timely and accurate. When the home was finally finished and the settling with the insurance company took months and months, Roger never once complained, he took the news in stride and stayed fantastically patient. I would heartily recommend NJT Construction for any new home or remodeling project.
Description of Work: Our house was hit by lightning and total-loss burned in August of 2010. We hired Roger Self of NJT Construction to do the demolition and the reconstruction. NJT tore the burned house down to the foundation, and hired a civil engineering company to come out and inspection the foundation for suitability for reuse. Roger started the re-construction on-time and finished on-time in accordance with the terms of the contract.
