Excellent, dependable, and professional

Wayne and Kilby (and Lewis, who is a 3rd party electrician whom I can't say enough good things about either) were extremely kind and professional when they mounted our TV and made all the wires disappear. They came on time, got the work done quickly, and provided superior quality of work. Have had several people help out with various things around our house, and these really are the nicest and most professional we've experienced. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

He and his crew installed 3 flat screes TVs with other electronics like X Box, Apple TV, and Playstation IV. I felt they did a great job at a reasonable price

To my surprise, they responded very quickly to my service request (3 to 4 days)! They came when they said they would come and worked for 10 hours, all in one day! Wayne and his assistant were very kind, professional and friendly throughout the installation. They were both very thorough in discussing and explaining the installation process and even addressed any concerns that I had and graciously answered all my questions even before they began the work. I am very pleased with their quality of work, and they did a great job cleaning up their work areas in my home.

These guys are really great. Wayne initially contacted us very quickly, confirmed our appointment the night before, and arrived right on time. Good service is sometimes hard to find these days, but these guys provided it with solid knowledge of their trade, and with kindness and a smile. They cleaned as they worked and cleaned up before leaving. They set up tv with all accessories (Apple TV, sound bar, cable box) and synced all remotes. Will definitely use them again!!!!

Nice Guys TV Mounting did an excellent job. They were professional during the entire process. They made suggestions to improve my TV viewing. They left no mess after completion of the installation. Because of their excellent service, I requested price quote to mount a television in my family room, master bedroom and den downstairs. I am a committed to this company to mount all of my future television. Money well spend. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job done right the first time.

Nice Guys responded the same day I emailed them. We set an appointment for them to provide a review and estimate of the work. The appointment was verified via text and email and Wayne texted about 20 minutes before their arrival. They had the day open so I approved the work the day of the review and they completed the work immediately. I first spoke with them on a Monday and by Thursday all the work was done. Wayne (Head Nice Guy) was thorough in reviewing what was needed and explained the cost for each item and labor. The Nice Guys lived up to their name. They were pleasant and not "pushy sales people." It was a pleasure to have them in our house. The work was professionally done and they left the work area very clean. I made one small addition while they were working on the larger TV and Wayne made the adjustment on the fly and gave me a good price on the adjusted work. I absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. When you have someone coming into your house to run wires through walls and mount nice TVs you want it done right - and Nice Guys did it right!

Wayne did an excellent job and even did a followup visit and replaced the antenna free of charge. I would definitely call Wayne again. I wish he offered more services (such as painting, other handyman type stuff) as his customer service is great!!

Both gentlemen were very kind and courteous! Loved the fact that they were very conscious of our new home and used booties over the shoes and blankets on the floor without even being asked! They were kind enough that even my daughter gave them some of her homemade cookies, lol

He did arrive late but he notified me as soon as he realized he was running behind with a new time and didn't leave me wondering where he was; he also discounted his services for the tardiness. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend using him to anyone. I will definitely use him again when I move in the future.

It went great! Wayne and his team showed up after normal business hours as requested (to keep out of the way of patients). They took great care around the seats in the waiting room and even wore protective coverings on their shoes while they worked. We had 5 TVs that we had to mount on the walls. The Nice Guys were happy to work with mounting hardware we had bought ourselves. Each TV was handled by both members of their team and mounted level. The low profile mounts we bought had these strings to pull and latch the TV to the hardware. These draw strings would dangle down the wall below the TV and weren't all that pretty but Wayne was able to figure out a way to keep them held up and out of the way. Each TV had a box to run the on-screen content. This required some tight space cord management. The Nice Guys were able to ensure that all the necessary components could be plugged in and operational before they moved onto the next TV. After a few TVs they got even faster and faster in mounting them. Total time of the install for 5 TVs took about 1 hour if I remember right. Very happy with their willingness to perform the "after-hours" install and to work through the various troubleshooting points to make sure we felt good about the results. Everything was ready for our patients to enjoy the waiting room entertainment the very next day.

Nice Guys is the perfect example of service with a smile! They arrived on time and meet all my needs in a timely manner! They made my Christmas presents look amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone! They did an amazing job!

Wayne and his staff were an incredible company to work with. They were professional and easy to talk with. I had a million questions about the install when they came out to give me a quote and they answered every one. The install was done beautifully. The hid wires, mounted speakers and made sure that everything looked and sounded great. I never felt like they were in a hurry. it was very clear that they took pride and in their work and wanted to do a great job. Another thing that I thought was just icing on the cake is that the room that they worked in was cleaner then it was when they got there. There was some other trash and boxes that were previously stacked in a corner and they removed everything. It was almost like they were never there. The overall professionalism was top notch. There is absolutely no question that I will be hiring them again in the future.
