Mr. Appliance Over the Mountain

Thorough and professional. The gentleman took his time looking into each appliance and while he found they were beyond repair, this is the place I will call again for future appliance issues. I do not feel that his diagnosis was because he didn't want to do the work. He was courteous, professional, knowledgable and actually early. My Mother & neighbor were impressed with him as well.

Technician familiar with this unit, replaced control board. Later he had to come back to replace some high voltage circuits. After ~3 months, Technician had to come back and install new set of replacement parts. Labor and Materials were warranted, no costs to me. All is working.

He repaired the leak and did an excellent job!

First the person on the phone let me know I should call to make sure my frig wasn't still under warranty as having them come out would void it...I love the honesty and transparency. Second, Tony was punctual and very helpful. He informed us of the problem showed it to us and then proceeded to fix it. Third, he did not create a mess and was very professional. The frig is fine now and he was in and out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and the serviceman, Tony in particular.

He was prompt. the price was reasonable. The part price was better than I could get on the internet.

Troy was the tech and was wonderful. He explained everything about the dryer and offered some suggestions to make the dryer perform to the max.

Tech arrived on time. Was there maybe 45 minutes. tested the unit, found it didn't work, nor was it repairable. He replaced it. Very courteous. very professional.

Our dishwasher was having a pretty significant leak, and we called the repair service with the hopes of a repair being cheaper than replacing the dishwasher. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 8AM. The technician arrived promptly at 8, and was very pleasant and professional. Before entering our condo, he wiped his feet on a mat he brought and put on shoe covers. He then got to work, and about a half hour later had discovered the problem. The broken part was something that I could replace, and I elected to order the part and repair it myself. I paid by credit card, and the technician immediately emailed me a receipt. He also mentioned that if after replacing the part the dishwasher still leaked, the next service call would be no charge. Overall I was extremely pleased and will be calling them again when we are having problems with any of our appliances.

Technician arrived within the time frame targeted, repaired a gasket and all worked out well.

Rewired and replaced main power boxes and added 4 outlets.

Excellent service experience from start to finish! Two days before Thanksgiving the ignitor went out in my gas oven and it would not heat. The worst possible time to have a nonfunctioning oven. I called Mr. Appliance at 8 am and my oven was repaired by 12 noon. Troy was a very professional, respectful and kind repairman. He explained everything very thoroughly. Today, Mr. Appliance earned my trust and also all my future appliance repair business. Thank you very much.

Replaced ice maker in refrigerator.

One day service. Brought a mat to clean boots and wore boot cover the whole time in the house. Professional and knew his job well. Lucky find for us

Mr. Keller was able to diagnose my LG washer's leak problem. He got the part to fix it and installation was quick. He was very professional, knowledgable and kept everything clean. |I have recommended Mr. appliance to all my friends.

Jacob, the service provider made a bad situation better... Called in the am was given an afternoon time but told to expect at call before the serviceman arrived and a name of the serviceperson _ there was no call and a different person arrived. The problem was quickly diagnosed. I had told the person answering the phone in the am what the problem was and the code on the washer so I expected the person showing up to have the part in hand. Jacob said he did not have the part, could get it but might not be able to come back until tomorrow. I have 2 large dogs and putting them up another day would be a hardship. Jacob said he would check and see it he could get the job done that same afternoon. He was able to and I was very please with efforts and he tried to make things right. I was very unhappy with the cost. With the part and15 minutes the job was done. $415 seems exorbitant.

We had developed a small but pesky leak in our LG (HE) Washer, based on Angie's List reviews we called Mr. Appliance and they were out the very same day. Marc was our service professional and he diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me exactly where the leak was and what would be repaired to remedy the situation. Overall very satisfied!

I was very impressed with Sam, the service representative. He told me he could fix it but it would cost more than a new dishwasher. He was very honest, professional and nice. I will use them if I have any other needs of this kind. I appreciate an honest company's representatives.

The test went well. The tech was polite and manner able. He sid a great job!! By the way the tech name was Sam.

Excellent repair tech. Knew the Bosch dishwasher characteristics, diagnosed problem quickly, double checked diagnosis and checked other potential problems. had to order part. called to schedule when part was in. Same tech came out and installed part and checked to be sure it functioned properly. great service.

The service rep arrived on time. He was pleasant and checked out everything and knew what to do. He cleaned up afterward and every thing is working fine.

Mr. Appliance was fast at getting us an appointment which I loved because it is really hard to go without a washer and dryer with a family of seven. The dryer ended up not needing to be fixed but Sam did a great job of checking it out to see what had prevented it from working. He also tried to fix the washer but needed more parts. Their estimate on fixing the washer was too high; so I ended up ordering the parts online and had another company repair the washer at a lower price. Overall, this company was a joy to work with.

The service man was very knowledgeable, courteous, & professional. He explained what he was doing, did it, & was out of here in 15 minutes. It worked immediately & we haven't had any trouble since. We will call on them again. Angie's list was very helpful because we checked with Angie's list before we called anyone, & Mr. Appliance had the best rating. Now I know why.
