Description of Work: I did like Mr. Appliance and would use them in the future. The "office" for Mr. Appliance was friendly, great in scheduling and in informing me on day-of visit. My oven was overheating--no, it was incinerating! The technician had to replace a very expensive part, unfortunately. Then, days later, they had to return for some tweaking--no fault of theirs.
