Description of Work: Very good experiences with this company. We've had three interactions with them. One for a clothes dryer and two for a refrigerator. All three jobs where done on time, correcty and at reasonable prices. And everything they fixed stayed fixed. Would use again.

Description of Work: I have a five year old Whirlpool Duet washing machine that began getting all sorts of errors and locked up. Marlon came out and checked the error messages, ordering the part the messages indicated. However, he just had a feeling something else was wrong, too, so he ordered an additional part, just in case. It turned out Marlon was correct and the washer needed the extra part. He got everything fixed and I've been using my washer nonstop since yesterday without a problem. Marlon may well be the best repairman we've ever had!

Description of Work: Mr Appliance service rep replaced main circuitry board on my clothes washer. He did a great job on the diagnostic visit and replaced the part only 3 days later. He was professional, knowledgable and courteous. He came within the appointment window given by his office manager. I would definitely use Mr Appliance again!

+ -1 moreThe first thing I noticed about this company is how quickly they came out. I called one day, and they were at my house the next. The man that came out was very informative about how the new ice maker worked, and he also did a good job installing it. The only complaints I have is that he did not clean up after himself as I thought he should, and the service was quite pricey.
