They did a great job. They were quick, courteous and they actually were able to come out the same day I called.

Mark was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly - the dryer kept blowing fuses, but he kept working at it until he discovered the problem. He did not charge me for anything on the dryer repair except for the part - their warranty program is wonderful! I realized how easy it would have been for him to charge me something outrageous, but he did not. Not at all. So I have complete trust and I am 100% satisfied with his work.

Called on April 11, 2013. Didn't have any one available until April 15. Made appointment for April 15th between 3-5. Repairman appeared on time and quickly assesed the issue and gave repair options and costs. I made choice appropriate for my situation and he quickly completed the repair.Of course, you always wish things didn't cost as much as they do - but all in all it was reasonable.

Professional and extremely knowledgeable! We thought we'd have to get a new gas stove top, but Mr. Appliance was able to repair ours for less than 1/3 the cost of a new stove top. I would definitely use them again!

He came out & spent forever trying to figure out the problem. He seemed really interested in solving the issue. Instead of saying it couldn't be fixed, he stayed until it was fixed. I was really impressed. I would definitely call him again.

My dryer would run, but not heat. Called another service repair person who was closer and seemed like he could get the job done sooner. After 3 days with other company and still no heating dryer I called Mr. Appliance. They arrived on time. Repair person seemed familiar with my dryer. Got right to work and finished within 30 min. with a heating dryer! Person was very neat and tidy. Very respectful of my time. Mentioned that I should consider getting the vent cleaned, but explained how we could check to see if there was a problem. Also explained that many people do it themselves and how. Did not seem to be trying to sell me a service, but just mentioning that it was something to consider in the future if we have more trouble. I will call them in the future for any appliance problem I have. Very happy.

The experience was good. He found out that the problem was with the electrical plug and did help with plugging the appliance into a different electrical outlet.

Went well. Had to order part and come back another day.

On time, great service, great attitude, got it fixed right away and sold us some extra latches so that we can replace it ourselves if it happens again.

I liked him. He was very personable and prompt. He was very fast in his repair; it didn't take him very long at all. I don't remember exactly what the price was but I do remember thinking it was a little high. He was fair because he gave me the Angie's discount so I was pleased with it.

The technician was very experienced, had immediate access to all part and service information, and was willing to explain to us what was wrong and what would be involved in fixing it. I got the impression that some of their repair technicians are younger and less experienced, so you might want to ask for a more seasoned person when you call for an appointment. Highly recommended

The tech was very courteous and professional and seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately both my appliances had issues that would be more costly to fix than to repair. He looked up the part costs on the spot and showed me how expensive they were and I appreciated that. It was worth the price to make sure I needed to replace both items instead of having them repaired.

Tryoy was the appliance repair person who was sent out. He charged us $130 because the repair was so minor (the initial charge for walking in the door is $150). He also checked on the belts, and told me that the machine was being overloaded. The overloads were causing the strain on the belts. Troy also noticed that the motor may need replacing in the near future. We had an honest conversation re: replacing the motor versus purchasing a new machine (I'm going to purchase a newer, more efficient washer). I felt no pressure, and I believe I was treated fairly. Troy had to return because the dial part was not in stock. He returned when he said he would, and the repair was quickly accomplished. I would definitely use this company again.

This was an awesome experience. I called on Monday night around 8 when my dryer failed to heat. I expected to get a recording but I got a woman who was very courteous and knowledgeable. She had availablity to schedule an appointment for in the morning but I could not be there for the appointement until Wednesday. She scheduled my appointment for a 2 hour window between 10 and 12. The service person called at around 9:30 and arrived just before 10. He was courteous and knowledgeable as well. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was gone by 11:30. It was a perfect transation.

They were a tad expensive but they were very professional and knew their stuff.

He came out and assessed the problem. He had to order a part for it and did so. He came back out within a few days and did the repair. He was punctual and professional. The stove is working well now. They have done several jobs for me.

I had a problem with my refrigerator on a Sunday. I looked them up on Angie's list hoping to leave a message so that I could get a call back early Monday. To my surprise there was a live operator on a Sunday night that was able to get an appointment the next day. The service man was on time, nice, respectful, and courteous. He identified the problem immediately. Fortunately, he had the part in his truck and was able to make the repairs right then and there. The whole thing took about an hour and I was surprised at the low fee. I put $90 on the line because I cannot remember exactly how much it was but I know it was under $130 with parts and labor. The fridge is still running today about three months later with no problems. Overall I could not have been more pleased with them.

Person that came out was very polite and professional. Overall, the transaction was smooth. Mr. Appliance came out, assessed the problem, and when the part came in, the technician was prompt in fixing the ice maker.

Very thorough and prompt. Troy was our repairman. Mr. Appliance's office calls if running late instead of just letting you sit there wondering. Highly recommend this company. Wish more repair companies would follow their customer service model.
