Description of Work: After approximately one year of dealing with another repair company which I had already paid for repair and getting no repair for my refrigerator, Mr. Appliance came out and immediately found the problem and repaired my refrigerator. Thank you Mr. Appliance Over the Mountain!!! Your technician was knowledgeable and fair and professional. The repair job involved no parts to be replaced as the other repair company had said. Mr. Appliance merely used knowledge and "elbow grease", and my refrigerator has been working properly ever since. I will definitely call this company anytime I need repair work in the future.

Description of Work: Provider not able to even provide a price range for service other than a trip charge. I want a quote on installing an icemaker in a refrigerator. My question is...what information do I need to provide you to get a range of cost to replace/install an icemaker. Make model, etc..??? They aren't able to do that. They must come out. SO IF IT IS COST PROHIBITIVE, I've just spent $79 to find that out. so at that point you are in it or have lost it. I think that is sketchy. It isn't that hard to provide a range of fees.

Description of Work: I have used this company twice. Once for a refrigerator problem & again when my washing machine broke. The employees that came out were very professional & very well trained to take care of the problems. The technician that repaired out washing machine spent extra time explaining to me ways to make my machine last longer & what to do in the future. You pay for what you get & I was very pleased with them. Will call whenever I have an appliance issue.

Description of Work: I recently moved to the area and the movers broke off the knob to my dryer. This necessitated replacing not only the knob but the whole timer as well. The person who answered the phone was very professional and my initial appointment was scheduled the next day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything was explained to me and I was given a price for the repair and an idea of when it could be completely. This was Thursday, on Friday I received a call informing me the part was in and the repair was scheduled for Monday. The same technician returned and repaired my dryer and did not leave until he was sure everything worked properly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing any kind of appliance repair.

Description of Work: the washer had stopped spinning so i called and made an appointment. the guy was there at 8am on the dot, looked at the machine and foud the problem. while i was talking to him, i mentioned our dishwasher wasn't cleaning and he immediately said "show me your detergent" - told me how the ones with additives clog up the lines and filters, took the macine apart and while he fixed the washer, i worked on getting all the residue out of the sprayers and filters. i've changed detergents (regular ol' cascade, none of the ones with Dawn additives), added Jet Dry (like he said) and now not only does my washing machine work but i don't have to hand wash dishes any more! BIG THUMBS UP!!! their magnet's on my fridge!!!

Description of Work: OUR WASHING MACHINE SIMPLY STOPPED MID CYCLE. AFTER FRETTING FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, PULLED UP ANGIES LIST, REVIEWED THE LIST OF VENDORS, THEIR CREDENTIALS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE CUSTOMERS COMMENTS. WE CALLED MR. APPLIANCE AT 0800 WHEN OPENED, A TIME WAS SET FOR THE VISIT, AND THE REPAIRMAN CALLED JUST BEFORE HE ARRIVED ( ON TIME). AFTER A PROMPT EVALUATION, THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT WAS DISCUSSED, PRICE DISCLOSED AND THE AGREED UPON REPAIR PROMPTLY UNDERTAKEN AND COMPLETED. ( A BROKEN RELAY) . WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS, AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION.

Description of Work: 8 year old Amana fridge stopped cooling. Compressor not running. Called Mr Appliance in morning and was told they could come by between 11 and 1 the same day. Troy, the tech, and a trainee showed up a little before 1. Troy was probably the best tech I have ever encountered. Very knowledgable, very experienced and communicated well. Interesting that he had the trainee with him so he verbalized more of the troubleshooting/repair process. He found problem (bad start relay), explained options and the cost of the options. Also discussed failure-prone components of this model fridge, confirming a lot of what I'd already read online. Answered all my questions. I wish all my home repairs could go this well. Excellent experience.
