During the installation they had to go through the attic for cabling and stepped through the ceiling twice. One was as big as the foot itself, the second broke a roughly 3x4ft hole in my ceiling. They signed the papers by themselves that the job was finished for the credit I had applied for and never contacted me again about the damage they caused.

They showed up gave quotes then decided to increase the amount. The guy could not put up. A light fixture. I am no electrician yet I was able to install it.
