They sent a text with a picture of the technician before he came. He wore a mask and was very professional. He did have a price that was too high so I wasn t going to use them, then he undercut his price almost immediately. If they could do the job for 30% less then why inflate the price in the first place. I don t appreciate companies who play games with pricing.

Brandon my technician was great. He arrived on time and did quality work. The pricing on my job was way more than I was expecting to pay. $350 to replace two outlets seems too high in my honest opinion.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a piece of machinery to be wired in my warehouse. First they came out to do the work but realized THEY had ordered the wrong part. Now they keep scheduling times to do the work but never show up. This place is ridiculous.
