As usual, the results were fantastic. We’ll be moving & will definitely have them clean the new carpeting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

David and his crew have ALWAYS done a fantastic job. They are very detailed and take their time doing a very thorough job! Even the toughest stains have been removed and I believe they are the best around!

David was absolutely wonderful. Our carpet and area rug have never looked better. He was able to determine that what we thought was dirt in some places is actually abnormal wear. We will be contacting the people we bought the carpeting from to do something as it is still under warranty.

Highly recommend!!!! Mr. Van Geffen is always prompt and professional. He uses quality cleaning product that do a super job. He knows this business well and has many years of experience as owner of a carpet cleaning business. Also, they take great care to make sure that hoses/shoes are dirt free when entering your home. Carpets are always dry within a few hours (no soaking of carpets as with inferior companies). They have a large following in the north shelby county area and mountain brook but cleans in all areas of Birmingham. I know this because the company sends out a charming newsletter quarterly. A section of emailed newsletter is devoted to thanking loyal customers. Miracle Machine has previously done upholstery furniture and other carpets in our home. I believe they also do a great job with grout cleaning.

They had a 20% sale and I had them on the last day of February, 2012. The total bill was about $200 and gave him a tip. He was such a nice guy with a sweet family. His name is David and his wife’s name is Michelle. They had their business before this, but he had to restart things again after he moved in here. He has great knowledge about carpets, colors, etc. and his business here is all word of mouth. I will continue to use him in the future.

They are very prompt. They are careful, they protected our walls with corner guards and our furniture. They were able to get the stains out and we were very happy with them.

Great job! From original professional contact to set up appointment to professional, experienced cleaning to a "thank you" letter and their own customer satisfaction survey a few weeks later. They even have a newsletter you can sign up for! David was our technician. He was kind, prompt, knowledgable of his products and of different types of carpet, confident. By asking me a few questions, he was able to focus on what my concerns. He had an very good assistant to help make the work go quickly. The cleaning products they use are very high quality - I was impressed. They also clean upholstery.

Their price was good. They did a good job. They have worked in my house several times and they take good care of the house. They put the corner doors up to prevent any damage to the corners. They have removed all the stains so far. They try to take water out from the carpets but the carpet will be still wet when they leave. Since we have air conditioning system it dries within 24 hours pretty effectively.

They arrived early (calling ahead to confirm) and were well-dressed, clean, and very professional in appearance and demeanor. They finished the carpet within about 15 minutes, including moving all furniture (except entertainment center, per their policy) and later placing them on protective pads. Everything about their actions and enthusiasm indicated that these are true entrepreneurs, people who actually CARE about their work. This is a stark contrast to franchises/chains like Stanley Steemer and All American Carpet Care, whom we have used in the past; their employees tend to have a "wage slave" mentality, trudging through the job so they can collect money and move on. It is a night and day difference, and we will never use anybody except Miracle Machine in the future.
