+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job on our roof replacement. They were very professional and also they were neat and clean. I was kind of enjoyed working with them.
Description of Work: I used Midsouth Services, Inc to do a full inspection on the roof and mentioned that a few areas were affected by high winds we had. Helped us in been an advocate in the process to file a claim, get our claim approved and replaced the roof.

Description of Work: Mr Bekken is an engineer. He inspected my roof and determined I had storm damage. He marked all the areas of damage. I filed the claim. He then met with my insurance co and reviewed the data with them. He does not charge for this service but does ask you to sign a contract stating that if you do get a new roof you will use his co. I did get a new roof. They removed the old roof and placed a new roof and did most of the cleanup in one day. It is a relatively large house. Roof looks great. Cleanup was great. Workers polite. No foul language. Many extras such as painting fixtures on roof. Replaced floodlights. Offers additional vents - power or passive and other upgrads if desired. We are very pleased and would highly reccomend.
