Description of Work: After buying my house, the realtor told me that he was a property manager too. He showed me his contracts, but at first I turned him down. Because we were having difficulty moving into our own house, I decided to use his services. When we finally found a prospective tenant, he was suppose to meet her at the house to let her see the property. He never showed up. We showed the property. He let her move into the property without signing the lease. We told him that the tenant had a week to put the utilities in her name. She tried, but because she didn't have a lease she couldn't. The water was turned off that Friday. I was called at 4:45pm to turn the water back on because didn't have the lease. I told him if she didn't sign his lease by Monday, I was going to have her sign mine. He finally brought it to me. I asked for the deposit, but he wouldn't give it to me. When I read his contract, the tenant told me he was charging her $500.00 more for the deposit then what he had written in the lease. The tenant also told me that he made inappropriate comments to her and he wanted to date her even though he is married. The tenant had been living in the house for 2 1/2 weeks before I got the first payment and instead of asking me for a key to the crawlspace, he used a crowbar to break the lock. When the house needed repairs, he called us to do it. I had to pay him out of his contract to get rid of him and he never left my keys. I had to re-key all the locks.
