+ -1 moreI contacted my bank about my bill being incorrect and I also contacted Mattress Firm about the incorrect billing. They said it would take time to correct the issue and it was supposed to be corrected before my next billing cycle but was still incorrect so I called Mattress Firm and told them to come and get the bed and they did. I have till this day not been given a refund like I was told I would be. I also had issues with the delivery of the bed.
Description of Work: I purchased a bed from them that was supposed to be interest free for 5 years but it was only for 4 years.
