+ -1 morenot the balloons that I was told would be delivered, they were ugly and looked like a 5 year old selection. I had asked that it be a mature arrangement. I was ill that day and could not be with her.
Description of Work: delivery of balloons for my Mom's birthday, since she was gravely ill only balloons could be delivered.
