 + -1 moreAs described above, Mrs. Smith charged a total of $475 and provided no services or any of the deliverables that she promised. She has refused to refund my money.
Description of Work: Mrs. Smith was to handle remodeling in my home. She promised a complete decorating plan and revised layout. She visited my home on January 25, 2013 for an initial consultation, charged $175, and promised the decorating plan as a result of that meeting. In the following days, she visited my home twice; once with her contractor and again with her cabinet maker. She charged a total of $300 for those visits. I never received a proposal or any work whatsoever for those visits. She promised a revised layout, which she never provided. She failed to reply to text messages, emails and phone calls. I have requested a refund several times, and she has refused. To date, the only thing that I have received for the $475 that I have spent is a picture of a sink and two faucets.
