Description of Work: I am finally writing this review after many months of consideration on not writing a review. Kay was given to us by our job and initially I thought was trying to help us find the right house. We being from out of state were accostomed to a certain type of house and wanted to find something similar. Therefore, we had many requirements for our house. She showed us homes that did not meet our minimum requirements and became more and more frustrated with us as time went on. We eventually took to looking on line and finding homes on our own along with suitable neighborhoods. She continued to send links to homes we had ruled out and she never organized all the homes considered, seen and why they were rejected. She continual told us there were bids on the homes we were considering, always egging us on to bid quickly and close to the asking price. We eventually became desperate as we needed to move to start jobs and school, she pushed us into a home being sold bu a fellow realtor. She made us feel as if this was last chance and it was a great home. She took no responsibilty to help us truly assess the state of the home. We expected a realtor with her experience to be able to point out flaws we missed and give an honest opinion. Instead she kept telling us the people selling were very nice and she attested to them being very clean. This has not been the case. The home was left filthy and in disrepair. There were many problems which can not be found on an inspection - a grease laden disposal that had a foul stench, air filters that had not been changed in years, residual dust from sanding the floors throughout the molding and cabinets, plumbing that was leaking throughout, mold in the home including the master shower, rotted windows that were cleverly fixed to avoid detection. The list goes on and grows daily. We trusted her to be our advocate in this process. We called her after we moved in, she stated "what do you expect, this is normal upkeep for a home". And to top it off, the steaks she sent as a housewarming gift were spoiled. We have shared our negative experience with our employer and we have asked that she is removed.
