They were professional.

They were extremely helpful. They were willing to make suggestions and provide additional information. They gave us a lot of choices. They went to a lot of effort to give us the right product. The price is competitive, but it isn't the cheapest thing in town.

Excellent service - on time and professional. I had some antique tiles to install around the fireplace and they helped me choose the marble to go with them and did a great job of installation.

My experience with them was very good. They did a good job - it was all I had expected. It was a good price and good quality workmanship. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Salesman was snobby, took several calls to get him out to my home in Mt. Olive, was a no show, price was substantially higher than the contractor I ultimately chose (Acme Flooring). I understand they are reliant on subs to do much of their work, which was a concern of mine. If I felt the quality would justify the price, I would have considered them, but I had too many signals telling me to look elsewhere. Office folks were very kind and did their best to get my quote going. Salesman talking down to me was a real turn off and I complained about his poor communication and ended asking for someone different to deal with for the quote. I still think the first guy is the one that came to my home because the rep who surveyed my home was also snobby and arrogant. My home is pretty nice, but even if it was more modest, you should be treated professionally. The money is all the same.

After literally months of incomprehensible runaround from Costco's subcontractors in the area, Costco said the carpet was unusual and on back order and had to be trucked in from California. It would take months. I took the bid and the sample to Issis, and they located the carpet within 10 minutes and scheduled my installation for my earliest good date. The price was within a few hundred dollars of Costco's supposedly bargain rate, and I am more than compensated by the thorough professionalism of the Issis crew.

Excellent experience. They were professional. Sales person was very easy to work with.. The installers were punctual, neat, and they have returned promptly for a small touch up .The work is guaranteed. I have been very satisfied and will not hesitate to use Isis again.

They do very good work! They are very professional and their prices are comparable to others in area. I would use them again again in the future and recommend this company to others.

Work was done in one day. They came back on Saturday to finish trim. They spent several hours working to get floor squeaks resolved before they started the new floor installation.

They had to match the pattern throughout, which in some spots was very hard because of the angles of the room. They did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the work. The quality is great as well. The workers were all very friendly and answered all of my questions.

This company was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. I did feel really bad however because we was going to hire them for carpet, but, didn't. I guess there was some kind of mistake and they had put carpet in upstairs. By the time I noticed, it was about 90% finished. I had to have them remove it all. I felt so bad. I however do not hold that against them in any way at all. They didn't know; they were just the installers. I do not recall pricing at this time.

I could not be more pleased with the results. These workers arrived early and stayed late each day for an entire week. I never once saw them take a break. I was in and out of the house all week long. The foreman of the crew was very knowledgeable in the choice of floors stains. Worked with us until we were completely satisfied with the final color. We were given good advice about the care of our floors in the future. Schooled in the best products to keep them looking new. I highly recommend this company

The results were pleasant and we couldn't agree more with the way this experience turned out for us. They took some hardwood out to put the carpet down and it was spotless in doing it. All the rugs were plush and looked great. The new hardwood was very nice and we could just tell they knew what they were doing.

I was very pleased with the work performed. The price could be different for someone else, it all depends on the square footage of your rooms and also the type of carpet you wanted to get. For the price I paid, I was very happy. I loved the results. The crew was very fast and clean. There were absolutely no messes left behind. It took them about two weeks to finish the job.

The gentleman that came was one of the sons of Issis Sons Carpet Oriental Rugs. I found him to be very respectful. When we called they came at the time they told us they would be here. They were ready and willing to go through any extreme that came around. He was very funny, he had us laughing the whole time. I thought he should have been a comedian instead of installing floors. They did a really good job.

Issis and Son did a great job and there were no problems with the floor. They're an old company with a good reputation and I would highly recommend them. They were professional, really nice, and did a quick, efficient job. They showed up right on time and cleaned up all the mess. Every tile was perfectly even.
