I was very unhappy with their services. They came over to give me an estimate, which was overpriced. They didn?t treat me well. Hence, I chose another provider for the job. I may not use their services in future, too.

I declined the offer and went with another person.

Charles and Jason were great! They came over within an hour to look at the pipe. It was an old cast iron pipe that has rusted through. I had patched the pipe a couple of years ago when a "Big Name" company gave me an outrageous estimate (which had nothing to do with the dishwasher) to replace AND charged me for the service call during which he did NOTHING. Integrity Plumbing didn't charge me to look at the problem. They gave what I felt was a very reasonable estimate for the job. Because I was replacing the dishwasher, I called them on a Friday to say that I would have the new dishwasher over the weekend and would call them early the following week. I was busy and forgot on Monday, but they called me at 8:00 on Tuesday morning to see if I still needed their help and said they could be there in a couple of hours. They even came early at 9:30 and were done around 12:30. The final bill was $5.00 more than the estimate because relocating the ice maker shut-off was unexpected.

Very well. I have used them several times in the past and they are reasonable in price and fix the problem quickly. Nice and clean guys.

I probably shouldn't tell everyone because these guys may get too busy and not have time for me anymore. I call and they are out in less than 24 hours. If they say a certain time they are right on time. The job is done quick because they knew what they are doing. The leak under my tub was gone in an hour or so no problem.
