Josh Van, the owner, came out to mount the tv and broke my $89 HDMI Cable and replaced it with a $10 cable. He scratched paint off my mantel and also the paint off the wall behind the tv. He placed his dirty tools on my $1,000 rug, he disconnected my sound HDMI Cable and now I have no sound on some of the surround sound speakers. Josh has a lot to learn about respect for other peoples property. He also left finger prints all over my tv which I told him several times not to touch the actual screen. The instructions, that came with the tv, state that the styrofoam packing, that came on the screen, was to be left on the screen until the tv was hung on the wall. Josh and his helper, Chris, removed the tv from the box and discarded the styfroam. Neither clearly do not know what they're doing when hanging and setting up a tv. I now have to hire someone else to come in to paint my fireplace and wall, where they scratched the paint off. I also have to hire someone else to come in and hang my tv in a neat and orderly manner.
