+ -1 moreChinese drywall was found. I lost the $8000 tax credit because of the Chinese drywall.
Description of Work: Beware any home built by HPH in the last 5 years. I was under contract to buy a house they had built. After paying for a thorough inspection, I found out the house had Chinese drywall. If you are about to buy an HPH-built house, inspect the drywall first!

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the build and the process of it. The home was structurally sound and we were satisfied with all aspects of it. I couldn't say a whole lot because it's relatively new and I'm still under contract. But I will say we didn't run into very many problems along the way. They did a nice job with everything to this point.
Description of Work: They built our two story three bedroom home.
