 + -1 moreI ordered lumber for a pool deck online for pick up. The order was placed Friday evening. When I call Monday the associate said she would check on order and call me back. No call back. Stopped by HD on my way home, still no order. Came back Tuesday morning and still no order. Was able to get 2 associates to pull order and assist with loading material. Also got a 10% discount.

Description of Work: I special ordered a new front door the last week of Aug. I knew exactly the door I wanted, but it still took almost 2 hours to get the ordered. I was told the door would arrive in 3-4 weeks. Six weeks later I caled them to check on the order. They said the door was on the loading dock, they did not know when it had arrived. Installation was scheduled for the next week. The installer called me (after scheduled arrival time), to tell me the door was the wrong size. The installer stayed and oversaw the re ordering of the door, then called to let me know it was all taken care of and would be there Ina few weeks. In the orinal order, the salesperson also failed to order the peephole, and the correct hinges, which the store manager agreed to give me when the 2nd door came in. Door #2........I called on a Friday to check on the door, and was told it was in transit. I called back the next week. I was then told it was damaged in shipping, and had a hole in it. The store talked to the mfgr and told me a new door could be to me in 2 weeks. I am now on week2of the wait. IF it arrives on time, and is installed in a timely manner, it will be November....for a door I bought in August!
