+ 0 moreOne problem they fixed was the line for the icemaker in my kitchen. It ran outside of the insulation, so it regularly froze and burst. They moved it inside so it wouldn't do that again. They also replaced a main water line that ran under my sidewalk because bricks were rubbing against it and causing it to rupture. They had to tear out the sidewalk to get to it. They did it in very good time. They only problem I've had is that they weren't too positive about where the leak was coming from. They first found the leak inside and fixed it, but didn't follow up to make sure that was the correct leak that was causing my water bill to be sky high.
Description of Work: I have used this company for years. They have repaired various plumbing issues in my home since I moved in.

+ 3 moreThe service was GREAT. More than exception, he went above and beyond what I called him out to do and was more than happy to do it, had a great attitude about his work and his job and was a pleasure to have around. Will absolutely be calling them back for future service needed
Description of Work: The owner of the company was a very very considerate individual, he removed his shoes before entering the home because he noticed the carpet had been cleaned and didn't want to track anything into the house so right off the bat I noticed he was considerate, the call was to unstop a sink drain, which he did in record time as I have done plumbing myself and couldn't get the drain unstopped, then since he was already here I asked him to look at a leak on my hot water heater which he repaired at no charge, as we are finishing up, he notices my hose line leaking and brings it up, so I agreed to let him inspect it as it had been leaking since I moved in and I didn't really pay it much attention... he informed me that the valve had gone bad and he could go ahead and change it for me as he was already there, he crawled up under the house and cut out the line, and installed me a brand new valve for my hose outside. I am completely satisfied with my service. Very professional and considerate of me as a customer and an overwhelming willingness to keep me satisfied as I have called him back for several other things I needed done and the prices are even great, would honestly recommend to anyone needing a great plumber, his helpers are just as considerate and professional as he is and recommended him to all my friends as well so we all use him for everything for a leaking sink and my friends house, to a main sewer line that had to be dug up 5 foot deep because roots had grown in my aunts sewage line. Very good service, would recommend to anyone needing a good plumber!

+ -1 moreI am very unhappy with the result. I have a home warranty. These plumbers came out and worked upstairs doing who knows what repair, I don't know. Just that I needed help my kitchen ceiling was getting ruined. The leak did stop briefly. Then it happened again. Here is where it gets bad. When the two plumbers left they sat in my driveway for the longest writing something. I didn't know what they were doing. When the leak started up I called the warranty company to send out another company. They wanted to know why when Holiday installed a brand new toilet with all new fixtures and pipes. This company did no such thing. They submitted a bogus claim to my home warranty company for over $300 worth of work they did not do. They also got a $100 deductible from me. It was a lie. I will never hire them again, they are dishonest.
Description of Work: Holiday was called to find the source and fix a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom and dripping into the kitchen below.

drain cleaning
+ -1 moreThe sink in our kitchen was backing up badly so Holiday plumbing came to unstop it. They did a very good job and cleaned the whole mess up. The only problem I had with Holiday Plumbing was their prices. They charged me an outrageous sum for a little job. I probably won't use Holiday Plumbing again in the future.
