Description of Work: Please see my previous report. Unfortunately, with a rain two weeks ago, an upper bathroom started to violently leak that had not leaded before. Evidently, in replacing the flaps around the vent, they damaged something. I've been trying to get them to come out for two weeks, but they've not come.
