Went great! Joey is a nice guy! Comfortable! He in short order had the work done. I received a quote via Danielle via email after Joey did a site survey. The locks were rusting and needed keyed minimally. I went with a dark color to match front door. Loved the work.

Overall a great experience! Got an appointment for two days after calling, which was better than expected. Thy worked well with me to find a time to come when I could get off work. Work was performed promptly and professionally. Took only about 1 hour and some change to rekey 6 locks and copy some keys. They weren't particularly cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

Took less than 30 seconds and was charged $85.00. Learned that I was charged for "an emergency lock out" - which it was not. Would have never asked them to come look at the door if I had been informed of this pricing. Too many other more honest lock companies in town to bother using them again.

They fit me in very quickly, it was kind of a last second call. They came that same day. They worked on finding the most cost-effective solution. Our interaction was great. It turned out really well.

The provider was very courteous, made a call prior to arriving to make sure that he wouldn't be in the way of the movers (it was moving day), was accommodating in delaying his visit until the movers left. He was very professional and fixed the alignment on the door while he was there. Would definitely use again.

They replied quickly and they were reliable. They did what they said they were going to do for the price that they quoted. I remember their pricing to be reasonable. They were very timely and came when they said they would. I was very impressed.

My front door handle was loose and I attempted to remove and tighten the knob myself. Well I could not get it back on so I called Harbison on a Sunday morning and was helped promptly. Douglas called within minutes, said he'd be 20-30 minutes and arrived 15 minutes later. He identified the problem, explained it, resolved it and even tidied a few other issue with the door that I hadn't even noticed. He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Harbison again.

Very professional and courteous. We closed on the house on Friday and came on Saturday to handle the doors for us at a minimal upcharge for doing the work on a weekend. It was important to us to have the locks changed quickly so we could start moving some of our stuff into the house before our big move later the following week. A couple of months ago, Harbison came to my new house and rekeyed all the locks (about 10 or 15) and worked on several doors that weren't shutting/locking correctly. John was thorough, professional and courteous. I was very happy with the job. This past week, the lock on the front door stopped working. None of our keys would turn the deadbolt. Also, one of the troublesome doors that John had worked on during the first visit had started acting up. The deadbolt on that one became very hard to turn. I have no idea why the front door lock stopped working. On the other door, I'm guessing that summer's heat and humidity affected the way the lock was working since it was fine in cooler weather. I don't think either of these issues were a result of any fault by Harbison since we'd made it a couple of months just fine before we had problems. I called and scheduled a return visit. I think it was Doug who came for the second visit. (I was at work and my son was home to let him in.) I returned home to find a front door lock that was working perfectly, and the lock on the troublesome door is now working better than ever. Harbison could have made a reasonable case for charging me for the second visit. They said it was a courtesy return visit and charged nothing. And that's how you win a customer for life. With the decline in caring about customer service these days, it makes a strong statement when a company goes the extra mile to satisfy its customers. On both visits, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Harbison provides expert, courteous service and stands behind their work. Hire them with confidence.

John was extremely professional. He called before he came and arrived on time. He had all of the materials he needed on his van and completed the work in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again for any locksmith needs.

I was very happy with how responsive and friendly the office staff was each time I spoke with them. When the actual locksmith came out to my home to provide an estimate and later the work, he was punctual and professional. The quality of work was also very good.

Technician arrived on time, was clearly knowledgeable, and did not dally. Was on site for approximately 1 hour. Would use again, although $100 per hour is a bit pricey, in my opinion.

The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The support staff in the office were helpful and communicated well. The lock works great and I would highly recommend this company.

Overall experience was very good. The job was done in 2 stages - first changing locks and then installing childproofing on the windows. The work was completed much earlier than expected.
