they rescheduled 3 times canceling an hour before they were to arrive. Messed up my scheduling for 3 days. Now I have to look for a cleaning service all over again. Will never recommend or use Handy again.

My entire experience with Handy has been a nightmare. For the last month I have tried to get someone to clean my house. After the first “pro” they sent out, that was not the “pro” I requested, barely cleaned either bathroom, didn’t completely vacuum in the master bedroom or closet, and broke a slat in our blinds, I was done!!! Instead of crediting my debit card, they credited my Handy account. So, I gave them a second chance. Again, the pro I chose didn’t accept my booking, and in 8 day’s time I was never assigned another one, only to find out an hour before they were to be at my house, they cancelled. I’m done. And I’ve told them I’m done. They credited my Handy account again. But this time, I asked them to credit my debit card instead. We’ll see how that turns out. Be ware of this company. Or app or whatever they are. They’re terrible!!!

I scheduled this cleaning several days in advance, almost a week. The Pro never showed...I kept waiting and finally was notified that they 'canceled' about 40 mins after they were supposed to arrive. No other explanation. Good thing my house was pretty clean to begin with, or I would have been left hanging for a holiday get-together! It was difficult to get a live person on the phone to find out what in the world was going on...when I did get someone they were several states away! Within an hour, Handy asked me to reschedule through an email message, I declined, then they kept my money! I had to contact them several days later to try to get refund! What a pain!

I had been unable to clean house for several months because of back and knee issues. Cleaning was thorough. Great all around experience. Would definitely Crystal again.

He dusted the end tables & out sheets on my bed. Everything else was either half completed or not done at all. The email I got from Handy said he would be there abt 3 hours. He was there 1 hour & 45 minutes. He had someone in the car with him that he wanted to have wait in our house but I said no. He would say he had completed tasks that it was obvious he had NOT completed. He did not bring any tools with him. He argued & complained the entire time he was there. After he left I started missing some things out of my BR - small dishes from my end table, a new pkg of wipes, etc. silly things. Handy refunded my money, fortunately. My sister & I are seniors & have some health & financial challenges & need help occasionally. I was hoping to have someone come every month or so but, of course that probably won't happen.

very little work got done. no walls no fridge no stove no floor mopped a few dishes washed that still have food stuck on them, counters were wipe down but still dirty. I could go on but I really don't know what this person did in the hours that he was here.

The appointment went great! We really like Angela and her work was so neat! I hope she will come here to work again. She is a good 'fit' for our family and our house.

My house is empty and pretty clean . Just wanted a deep though cleaning before move in. The only places I asked is oven and windows. But , it still as dirty as before. Pelus the professional was late, I have to call to confirm she was coming. Handy gave me $20 credit which I don’t think I will use.
