I cannot say enough about how great the service from Bryant Bagley and the owner Devin was! When I first contacted Bryant, his wife just had a baby but he still took time while he was "off" to call me back and home walk me through the loan process. He worked around my busy schedule - even doing my initial loan pre-approval application about 9PM one night because that was what worked for me. They were very up-front about the fee structure, how the rates had change in the last couple of months, what they were likely to do in the short future, and the time-frame needed to get me to closing. I ultimately did not get the loan from these guys because I was able to work out another deal through my credit union for a loan with no PMI for only 5% down. If I had gone with a normal conventional loan or FHA loan, these guys would definitely have gotten my business. They did have the lowest rate quotes on Zillow for the house I was interested in and I couldn't say enough about the service. And when I told them that I had worked something else out for my loan, there were no hard feelings. I recommend them to anyone who thinks they fit there needs. I even did all of my business online or over the phone through the pre-approval process. Note that the quote is free until you actually go through the closing process!
